Host Your Own Event

MLA offers exhibitors a limited number of presentation slots to host your own educational, panel, or marketing event for attendees. You can choose the format and time that best fits your objectives.

Sunrise Seminar

Sunrise Seminars provide the opportunity for exhibitors to conduct professional education presentations while serving a light breakfast to MLA attendees.

115 minute presentations offered 7:00 a.m. - 8:55 a.m., Sunday and Monday.  Includes a room with seating.

Tech Showcase *SOLD OUT*

Not enough space in your booth to demo your products or services? Too many attendees asking for information at the same time? Try the Technology Showcase which gives you the opportunity to showcase products, allowing attendees to ask questions without the distraction of a crowded booth.

30 minute presentations at various times during the day. Held in a segregated area on the exhibit floor with seating, and standard presentation set.

Affiliate Meeting Space

MLA has reserved blocks of time on the schedule for affiliate meetings and events to avoid conflicts with official programs or events. Requests outside these timeframes cannot be accommodated.
